Scholarships

For 2012 BDRC has some additional need-based scholarship dollars. Please have your coach contact us for additional information.

2012 MARK & SUSAN PEDDY LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP: Local entrepreneurs Mark & Susan Peddy are providing two half scholarships to student leaders from Western North Carolina.
Requirements:
1. Applicants must attend high school in Western NC
2. Applicants must be a rising Junior or Senior
3. Applicants must write a one page essay on his/her leadership qualities and how attending camp will benefit him/her.
4. Essay must be approved and signed by high school coach

2012 Need Based Scholarships:
Scholarships will be awarded to two deserving campers for 2012 who would not normally be financially able to attend camp. The award is $200 each. You must have a financial need and have your coach write us a letter on your behalf. These scholarships are provided by one of our coaches.
